Documents Required For Long Term Residence Permit:
1. 4 passport-size photos.
2. Your passport.
3. Photocopies of the following pages of your passport: the page bearing your photo, the page stamped at your last entry, the page where the validity and expiry dates are marked.
4. 1 pink-colored manila folder with clips for punched papers.
5. A bank statement or a currency exchange slip testifying to an asset in the amount of $300 for each month.
Important Notes:
* Holders of a residence permit must include the residence permit and photocopies of all the pages bearing any entries.
* Should the application be made by a person acting as proxy, the original of the notarized power of attorney and a photocopy of the representative’s ID card must also be presented.
